The Partnership for Children of Guilford County is working toward a future where every child in Guilford County enters school safe, healthy and ready to succeed.

Through the use of public dollars and private donations, we collaborate with existing community programs and create new ones. These programs measurably strengthen families and improve the lives of children.

Partnership Office Update as of May 21, 2020:

The Partnership for Children of Guilford County staff will return to the office on Monday, June 1st at 8:30am. NC Pre-K applications may still be dropped off via the drop box at our office at 500 W. Friendly Avenue, Suite #100, Greensboro, NC 27401 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm M-F.  You will see signs directing you to the drop box once you enter the front door.  You can also mail your child’s application with the required documents to: Partnership for Children of Guilford County, 500 W. Friendly Avenue, Suite #100, Greensboro, NC 27401.  We also want you to know we have extended the Guilford County Schools deadline to apply to May 22, 2020.

Exciting news for 2020-2021 NC Pre-K families!  You can now apply online for NC Pre-K.  We are so excited to have the option for families to complete an online application.  You may still complete the paper application but due to COVID-19, this will allow families to apply for NC Pre-K and not have to mail in or drop off an application.  You can fill out the online application here.  You will need a gmail account to complete this application online. If you don’t have a gmail account, you may create one or complete a paper application. If you have any questions, please email brendad@guilfordchildren.org. We will also keep families updated as to when we are able to resume screenings.  Please email Brenda Mathis at the email above with any questions, or for assistance in completing your child’s application.

For regular updates, be sure to check our website at: www.guilfordchildren.org. You may also follow us on social media @GuilfordKids. Thank you and stay safe.
