The Guilford County Partnership for Children (GCPC) seeks a dynamic full-time Director of Smart Start Strategy and Impact. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, analytical, and possess a strong background in promoting equitable, data-driven, and evidence-based resource allocation, oversight, support, and program impact. This role requires an individual who can independently and collaboratively lead and manage strategic initiatives, ensuring precision and integrity in all operations related to Smart Start.
